Since Hustle Castle Assistant alerts are automated, Gmail sometimes mistakenly hides them in your “Promotions” tab. To make sure they land in your Primary inbox every time, please follow these simple steps:
1. Add us to your contacts (The “VIP” Move)
This is the most effective way to tell Google that we are a trusted sender.
- Open an email from us.
- Hover your mouse over the sender’s name.
- Click the “Add to Contacts” icon (the person icon with a plus sign).
2. Drag and “Train” Gmail
If you see an alert in your Promotions tab, you can “teach” Gmail where it belongs:
- On Desktop: Click and hold the email, then drag it over to the “Primary” tab.
- The Magic Step: A small box will appear at the bottom saying: “Conversation moved to Primary. Do this for future messages?” Click YES.
3. Create a permanent “Never Miss” rule
If you want to be 100% sure, you can set a permanent rule in seconds:
- Open one of our alert emails.
- Click the three vertical dots (More) in the top right corner of the email.
- Select “Filter messages like these.”
- Click the “Create filter” button.
- Check the box “Categorize as:” and choose Primary.
- Check “Never send it to Spam” while you’re at it!
- Click Create filter.
If you are on mobile, you can tap the three dots at the top of the email and select “Move to” then choose “Primary” to achieve the same result!
